About Us
Dedicated to Protecting Creators' Rights
IPEnforcement.org exists to protect the intellectual property rights of digital creators. We ensure that Creative Commons licenses are respected, that copyright is enforced, and that e‑commerce platforms comply with their legal obligations under the Digital Services Act.
Who We Serve
We serve 3D designers, digital artists, open-source hardware creators, and anyone whose creative works are being commercially exploited without permission or proper attribution.
Whether your designs are being sold on e‑commerce platforms without a licence, or your Creative Commons terms are being ignored, we are here to help you enforce your rights.
How We Operate
We investigate infringements, file formal takedown notices, correspond with platform legal departments, and escalate to regulatory authorities when platforms fail to act.
Our approach is methodical and legally grounded. Every action we take is supported by the applicable EU and national legislation, ensuring platforms and infringing parties understand the seriousness of our notices.
