- Screenshots or other evidence of the infringement
- A brief description of the issue
Investigation
Our team verifies the licence terms, documents the violation, and prepares a formal takedown notice citing the relevant legal basis under EU and national law.

- Verification of original authorship and licence terms
- Documentation of the infringing listing with timestamps
- Legal analysis of the applicable legislation
- Preparation of a formal notice with full legal citations
Enforcement
We file the takedown notice with the platform's legal or compliance department, setting clear deadlines for action in accordance with the Digital Services Act.

Escalation
If the platform fails to act within a reasonable timeframe, we escalate through the Digital Services Act's complaint mechanism and engage the relevant national Digital Services Coordinator.
