Our Services
Comprehensive IP Enforcement
We protect creators' intellectual property through three core service areas, each backed by EU and national legislation.
Copyright & License Enforcement
We protect creators whose works — including 3D models, designs, and digital assets — are being sold commercially without authorisation. Whether it concerns a Creative Commons license violation (CC BY, CC BY-NC-ND, CC BY-SA) or outright copyright infringement, we file formal takedown notices and pursue removal of infringing listings.
What We Handle
- Creative Commons license violations (all types)
- Unauthorised commercial use of copyrighted designs
- 3D model and digital asset theft
- Formal DMCA-style takedown notices under EU law
- Platform correspondence and follow-up
Platform Compliance & DSA Enforcement
Under the EU Digital Services Act, online platforms are legally required to act on valid notices of illegal content. When platforms such as bol.com, Amazon, or other marketplaces fail to remove infringing listings in a timely manner, we escalate through formal DSA complaint procedures and, where necessary, engage the relevant Digital Services Coordinator.
Our Process
- Article 16 DSA notice-and-action submissions
- Article 20 internal complaint mechanisms
- Article 21 out-of-court dispute resolution
- Article 53 Digital Services Coordinator referrals
- Platform compliance monitoring and follow-up
Creator Representation & Advisory
We represent digital creators in disputes with sellers who profit from their work without permission. We advise creators on licensing strategies, help them document infringements, and handle all correspondence with platforms and infringing parties on their behalf.
Services Include
- Full representation in platform disputes
- Licensing strategy and advisory
- Infringement documentation and evidence gathering
- Correspondence with sellers and platforms
- Ongoing monitoring for repeat infringements
